Every E-learning project starts with a deep dive into the needs and goals. To produce cutting-edge learning solutions, the experience must be quicker and less stressful.

Our previous blog had an increased emphasis on the learner – it is important to put oneself in the learner’s shoes as Learning and Development industry is now becoming learner-centric. The strength of a personalized learning experience is in its ability to present content that is relevant to the audience as it–

Safety is a priority and a matter of concern in organizations, hence their learnings should be updated and disseminated to the employees quickly and easily – with a minimum of fuss. Plus, employees need to understand that all their safety trainings will be applicable in the real world. It’s not about memorizing protocols – they will use the information to improve their work practices.

In safety, or anywhere else, there’s always a room to improve, especially when it is of a concern to the employees. E-learning courses should be evaluated on a regular basis; they should match up with the safety expertise of the individual and one’s job role.

Impact assessment enables learning teams to create targeted programs that is based on skills and needs identified. Their performance at work can act as a determining factor – when a scaffolder is exposed to top five hazards while working through E-learnings, he/she shall be evaluated on the behaviour and approach towards work. E-Learnings can be hence, in-line with the job responsibilities.

Integration to individual performance goals

One of the best tactics for performance-based trainings is incorporating scenarios. When E-learnings put employees into real-life situations or include challenges, they actually force employees to use their skills and knowledge, who can then become good problem-solvers and ultimately improve their performances.

Performance-based learnings should lay out concise goals, which are measurable.  If an E-learning course involves training employees on a specific skill to be used on the manufacturing floor, their improvement in efficiency must be mapped.
