Search & Pre-screening is initiated by finding the right candidate through our home grown portal. A screening of these candidates is done through an initial interview that is taken by a team of our in-house EH&S professionals.
Shortlisting of potential candidates & Screening Interview sessions. All essential documentation along with relevant UID(Unique Identification numbers) are collected while the time, date and location for the interviews is communicated to the candidates.
Selection of candidates: Our representatives attend final rounds of interviews with client’s representatives for assessment and selection of candidates.
Medical Tests: Selected candidates are informed about their selections and later employment offers are sent to them. After receiving their acceptance, a pre-employment medical check-up is organized through an authorized medical facility. Medical clearance certificates are provided to the candidates by authorized medical facilities.
Mobilization – Deployment process: All essential documents are attested by a competent governing body. Wherever required, attestations are done by ASK-EHS as well. Reports of back ground checks and verified references are submitted to the client, as and when requested. Candidates are informed about their departures and other arrangements, well in advance so that they can prepare accordingly
Orientation of the selected candidates: A thorough orientation program is conducted prior to reaching client’s shores. It contains information about their employers, working conditions, cultural set-up, language orientation, work ethics and etiquette, climate and acclimatization and other such areas. Also, a training program is organized to sensitize the candidate of his job role, functions, KRA(Key Responsibility Areas) , reporting authorities, responsibilities and other important criteria related to his position / job.
