Reporting of Sequel Accident

As is normally witnessed and experienced by the industrial managements, a customary accident is one in which case, the rest period or the period of incapacitation and remaining away from the work is in continuation of the happening of the accident. The ‘sequel accident’ is different from above case, where the rest period or remaining away from duty (for 48 hrs. or more) is not immediately following the accident, but is a subsequent case in the sense that the injured person, after meeting with a so-called minor injury and tolerable pain resumed work after receiving first aid, but the developed pain/problems happened later, say after 4 days, and he needed rest for say one month.
