Vehicle registration with driver & helper photograph and ID Badge generation

All vehicles will be registered in vehicle registration form with essential details like vehicle plate no, owner detail, legal document nos. and registration & insurance date. Registered vehicles are equipped with GPS Tracking Instrument.

All drivers, helpers and supervisors will be registered in this module with details like unique ID badge no, name, contact no, license no, personal detail and thumb impression. Software will print the ID Badge for each authorized personal.

Manual photograph verification at trip source and destination point

At trip source and destination point, driver & helper identity can be verified by manually matching their photographs available on centralized database. This operation ensures the authentic personals take part into transport operation.

Location and time track of vehicle by GPS

GPS data periodically transmitted to server via GPRS. Software locates vehicle on fixed route on basis of GPS data.

Automatic violation log

    1.     Over speeding violation
            GPS Tracking Instrument generates log for speed violation. These logs are transmitted to server via GPRS.
            Software analyze log to generate speed violation report based on zones defined within software
