What are the delivery charges for orders from the online shop?
- ASK-EHS will ship at most of the locations in the world. Charges for the delivery will be paid by the customer and will be at actual. Charges for shipping the product could be determined from our website.
What are the methods of payment accepted on the online portal?
- We accept payment in the following ways:
- Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking / Paypal
- Electronic Wire transfer
- Demand Draft
How long will the delivery take?
- You could determine the delivery time from our website.
While shopping on the online portal, is my data protected? How secure is shopping on your portal?
- Your order, name & address data will be handled confidentially. We do not process or store payment data. However, payment related information shall be kept encrypted & securely with payment gateway company (https://www.ebs.in) only. Please refer payment gateway company’s security and fraud prevention policy at https://www.ebs.in/en/index.php/features3.
Can I try your product before I buy it?
- No. Our product is a 3D animated training & awareness (movie driven) programme. Teasers and trailers of the movie can be found on our website for assessing:
- Index of the content covered in the movie (Modules and their content)
- Quality of animation
What is the process once I order the product?
- If it is an online order, you will promptly receive an order confirmation. But the order processing will be initiated only after you upload the logo of your organization. This logo shall be incorporated in the movie to personalize your copy of DVD. In case of offline payment, the order no. shall be generated, but the order status would be “Payment Pending”, unless the administrator confirms the receipt of payment. Then you need to upload the logo of your organization. Once the logo is received, we need 8 business days to process the order & package it for shipping, after that depending on the shipping address it shall take 6 to 7 more days to deliver the product.
Why haven’t I received an order confirmation?
- Some e-mail services incorrectly flag automated messages from our servers as spam - if you don´t receive anything, please check your spam folders first. You may also accidentally have provided an incorrect e-mail address - in this case, please contact our Support center.
Will I receive an invoice for the product ordered?
- Yes. You will receive your invoice in PDF format via e-mail when your order is sent out to you.
I have not received the product although delivery date has passed. May I know the reason?
- Please contact our support center immediately. On rare occasions or in remote areas there might be a delay sometimes.
Do I have to pay customs duty for the product ordered?
- Most of the countries do not charge custom duty on training media. However, custom duty shall be applicable as per the receiving party’s country rules & regulations.
Why haven’t I received an “order number” for the product ordered?
- The order number is sent to the designated email promptly. However, some e-mail services incorrectly flag automated messages from our servers as spam. If you don't receive anything, please check your spam folders. If you still can’t find your order number, contact our Support Center with your query

I would like to sell the product ordered and transfer it to another customer.
- ASK-EHS reserves the rights of this product, & it has been sold to you for training & awareness purpose. It cannot be sold, transferred or re-distributed.
Can I cancel a purchase? What are the implications of cancelling an order?
I have lost my CD / my CD is damaged.
- You can purchase additional copy at a very reasonable cost from our portal. Courier charges shall be as applicable.
I have received the damaged material
- Please read Shipping & delivery policies on our portal & report to our customer Support Center within 48 hours of receipt.
Is there a reseller for this product anywhere around the world? If yes, can I get the details? How can I contact the reseller?
- No – There are no resellers for this product. In case you come across someone re-selling the product, kindly send us information and we shall take appropriate action
May I pay in US Dollars or another currency instead of Indian rupees?
- Yes, you can choose the appropriate Offline payment options such as SWIFT transfer, RTGS etc.
